Lomondo's caramelised balsamic has been aged in oak barrels for up to five years. The red wine vinegar used in the development stage has been hand made from local Mudgee red wine grapes which gives our vinegar its delicous rich, sweet flavour. Drizzle over a salad, glaze a lamb or have with poached pears, our balsamic is sure to become a staple in your pantry.
