Mead is one of the oldest forms of alcohol known to mankind dating back thousands of years and rich in history. Originally made by just fermenting honey, water and yeast our methods are more advanced. With over 48 types of mead, this one is sparkling and has hints of cinnamon and clove, together with stone fruits, citrus and the delicate flavour of ginger. Simply served over crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint.
