Grattai Grove - CMV 500ml

What is CMV? Correggiola, Manzanillo and Verdale are the olive varieties that were harvested together and first cold pressed for this Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the same day. 

The olives were well ripened with the Verdale still more on the green side which gives the oil a well-balanced bitterness while still pleasantly fruity on the palate and surprises with a nice peppery finish.
